Is my ID or passport required at check-in?
Yes, a valid government-issued identification document or passport is required for all guests upon arrival.
Is there a room deposit required upon check-in?
Yes, a 3,000 THB deposit is required for all room types upon check-in. The deposit is refundable at check-out, subject to no damage or additional charges.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available for all guests.
Do you have car parking?
Yes, we have limited parking spaces for guests. Parking is available on a first-come,
first-served basis, and we are unable to guarantee availability upon arrival.
Is the hotel entirely non-smoking?
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
Do you allow durian and mangosteen in the hotel?
We do not allow durian and mangosteen to be brought into guest rooms or public areas. Durian is restricted due to its strong smell, and mangosteen is not permitted as it may cause stains on fabrics and surfaces.
What languages are available at reception?
Our reception team is able to assist guests in Thai, English, and Chinese
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Yes, room service is available daily from 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Last order at 9.30 PM)
Do you have fitness?
We do not have fitness at the hotel. However, there are nearby gyms within a short distance that guests can easily access.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, our beachfront resort features two swimming pools just steps from Chaweng Beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

Do you provide airport pick-up or drop-off services?

What is your extra bed policy?
- Guests aged 12 years and above: THB 1,500 net per night, including extra bed and breakfast
- Maximum of 1 extra bed per room
- Extra beds are not available in pool villas
What is your child policy?
- Children between the ages of 0 – 4.99 years old are welcome to share bed with their parents on a complimentary basis with Daily breakfast provided free of charge.
- Children between the ages of 5 – 11.99 years old are welcome to share bed with their parents, compulsory daily breakfast at THB 300.-net/child. Maximum one child allowed.
- Children between the ages of 5 – 11.99 years old need extra bed will be charged at THB 750.-net/child. Include daily breakfast
- Maximum one child allowed per room
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
These depend on the rate and the plan booked. Please see the terms and conditions in your reservation confirmation.
Do you have connecting rooms in the hotel or villas?
No, connecting rooms are not available in either the hotel or the villas.
However, we can arrange rooms side by side upon request, subject to availability.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, we offer a selection of accessible rooms. For further information please contact our reservations team and they will be happy to assist you as needed.
I booked my stay via another website. How do I modify my reservation?
You may contact our reservations team, and we will do our best to assist you with your request. However, please note that for bookings made through third-party websites, some changes may need to be handled directly by the booking provider, and we may redirect you to them for further assistance.
