Ms. Karin Leitner

Karin, our German therapist, brings many years of expertise to the team. Having started in Mental training, carrying on with Hypnosis and Relaxation therapy training, Karin quickly found herself in a surrounding she felt passionate about.

She didn’t stop there and carried on with the traditional methods of Dr. Mikao Usui. Karin became master and teacher of Reiki, practicing universal healing and Bio-Energy transformation. Later she studied acupuncture at “The Open International University for Complementary Medicines”, Colombo. There she achieved the titles “Doctor of Medicine (Medicina Alternativa)” (Hong Kong) and “Doctor of Philosophy” (Hong Kong).

The Title of “Visiting Professor” (Colombo), also at “The Open International University for Complementary Medicines”, counts to her seemingly endless list of achievements.

After staying 5 years in Sri Lanka, Karin went back to Germany and opened her own Ayurvedic practice and additionally she continued to hold numerous seminars on topics concerning her field of studies. Finally she has come to “rest” on Koh Samui, only to share her wisdom with our guests.

Stones and aromatic oils, fragrances, local fruits and mushrooms are a part of her therapies, as well as symbols and mantras. She likes to share her bulk of information with whoever is interested in it. All questions are welcome when meeting with Karin.
The therapies begin with a Meditation, this is also available for children, in order to understand the
Spa visitors needs better and suggest a tailor cut program.
