Dining Experience

Preeprem is a honorary advisor of the Thai Chef Association of Thailand and an advisor of Samui Chef Club. With more than 40 years of work experience in the hotel and resort industry he is a great enrichment to the KC Resort & Over Water Villas.

Preeprem started his career in 1968 in Don Muang, Bangkok, at the U.S. Airforce during the Vietnam war in Jus Mag fine dining. Later on he became a cook helper – Sous Chef at the Hilton Rama before he worked as an Executive Chef at the Narai Hotel and Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit Bangkok. Preeprem is an expert in Thai and International cuisines.

Mr. Saokawit doesn’t only take over the executive chef position at The View Restaurant & Wine Lounge of KC Resort & Over Water Villas but also the place of his predecessor within the Secret Chef Society.
